ABOUT THE SUMMER SERIES

A 6-week training program designed specifically for teens ages 13-18. This program focuses on proper lifting technique, strength development, mobility, and gym confidence—all in a safe, structured environment. Perfect for teens who want to feel confident in the gym and develop skills they can carry with them for life.

SERIES 1 | $420 $360

June 2nd-July 9th

Workout with nationally-certified Personal Trainers to learn proper lifting technique, safe progression, and gym fundamentals. Each workout is designed to build strength, confidence, and mobility while training alongside other teens in a positive, high-energy environment.

Tuesdays + Thursdays | 11am-12:30pm

SERIES 2 | $420 $360

JULY 6TH-AUGUST 12TH

Workout with nationally-certified Personal Trainers to learn proper lifting technique, safe progression, and gym fundamentals. Each workout is designed to build strength, confidence, and mobility while training alongside other teens in a positive, high-energy environment.

MONDAYS + WEDNESDAYS | 11AM-12:30PM
EVERY FRIDAY  | 11AM-11:45AM

OPTIONAL MOBILITY | $75 $50

Led by our licensed Physical Therapy team, this mobility class focuses on proper stretching techniques to improve movement, flexibility, and joint health—helping to move better, recover faster, and reduce injury risk. A beneficial add-on to your series.

FAQS

  • No. This program is for all teens—athletes and non-athletes alike. Whether your teen is brand new to the gym or already active, workouts are coached and scaled to their individual level.

  • Yes! Teens are welcome to sign up for both series. The programs complement each other and are designed to build a strong foundation in strength, mobility and overall movement.

  • Yes. Teens who are 12 ½ years old are eligible to participate.

  • Yes! Parents can workout during their teen’s session with our Open Gym Membership for $100/month. Visit https://www.fourhundredfitnessclub.com/opengym to sigb up.

  • No, you’re welcome to drop your teen off. Our experienced coaches supervise the full session to ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment.
