SUMMER SHRED CHALLENGE
Our Summer Shred Challenge is a 7-week program focusing on a SUSTAINABLE change in your nutrition and exercise - a way to level up what you’re currently doing to look and feel your best, and doing it along-side LIKE-MINDED people who will encourage you every step of the way. Here’s some of what we’ll be doing during the challenge:
Progressive overload and increasing workout sessions to help boost results.
Nutritional guide + supplement recommendations. No fad diets, gimmicks or counting calories/macros.
Getting in adequate daily steps, hydration, sunshine and sleep.
Group accountability chat
Tips and tricks to add to your daily routine for faster result.
Before and after photos to track performance
Challenge starts May 1st and ends June 20th. The challenge Is available in-person at Four Hundred Fitness Club, and online if you are unable to make it into our facility. You only have to pay for your training, all extras are included.
We will be leaving it up to the public to vote for the top 3 transformations. Winners announced June 28th and will have a chance to receive the following:
$100 off your next month’s fees at Four Hundred
2 recovery sessions with our Physical Therapy team
1 month of unlimited Normatec leg recovery sessions
1 week’s worth of free meals at FuelBar
