Workout with nationally-certified Personal Trainers to learn proper lifting technique, safe progression, and gym fundamentals. Each workout is designed to build strength, confidence, and mobility while training alongside other teens in a positive, high-energy environment.
We do not make up missed sessions or give refunds for any reason. If you are going out of town for any duration during the series, we do not prorate the amount.
